A Few Favorites
Meet Foxfire - trousers crafted for those who make the outdoors their workplace. Sewn from boiled wool, these trousers offer natural protection against wind, rain, and cold while remaining breathable and surprisingly self-cleaning - a gift from the remarkable properties of wool itself.
Foxfire trousers features deep inset and back pockets for all of your found treasures, while the elastic waist ensures comfort through long days of movement. Roomy legs welcome cozy base layers beneath. Whether you're teaching little ones in a forest kindergarten, tending to winter crops, or working among the trees, Foxfire offers durability without compromise.
Like the bioluminescent fungi that lights up our Appalachian forests, these trousers blend practicality with natural wonder. Sustainably made, environmentally conscious, and built to last through seasons of use - these are trousers that honor both the wearer and the land they work upon.

Comfy, casual, classic, versatile. this skirt is a wardrobe workhorse. Wear this skirt as you pull weeds in your garden or gear up for a day of home chores. Wear this skirt on a date night or an evening walk with a friend. AND ALSO, wear this lovely piece to the grocery store, the library, your kiddo's school drop off line. In cooler months, I love to layer this skirt with dresses, tunics, pinafores and/or wool wool leggings. It is a deliciously soft and cozy layer of warmth. The Market Skirt is crafted of 100% mid - weight linen that is grown and milled in Europe. The linen is OEKO TEX certified meaning its production process is gentle on the Earth. It is has two generous side seam pockets to hold your gathered posies, feathers, and stones (and/or your phone and keys).
The Market Skirt is an example of slow fashion. It is created with love and delight and my very own hands. It is cut and sewn to the tune of songbirds and is steeped in the pristine mist of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Appalachia.
Wear it and feel the magic that is our ordinary yet beautiful world.

The Trillium Vest With Three Buttons
I'm so excited to share my newest creation with you - The Trillium Vest! Named after those precious early spring flowers we treasure here in the Appalachian woodlands, this vest is a sister to my popular Villager design, but with a few special differences.
What makes it special
Like all my pieces, I've handmade this in my little mountain workshop using high-quality OEKO-TEX certified boiled wool/linen blend. The Trillium hits right at the waistline (shorter than The Villager) and features three wooden buttons. I've also designed this one without pockets for a cleaner, more streamlined look.
The inspiration
Trilliums appear in our forests each spring - simple, beautiful, and resilient. That's exactly what I wanted this vest to be. Something that feels connected to nature but also works beautifully in your everyday life.
Made with care
I cut, sew, and finish each Trillium Vest by hand right here in my Appalachian studio. There's something special about knowing exactly where your clothing comes from and who made it, don't you think? I believe in creating pieces that are made to last and bring joy for years to come.
How to wear it
This cropped style looks lovely with high-waisted pants or skirts. I've been wearing mine layered over simple dresses too! The three button closure option gives it a more fitted silhouette.
How to care for your vest
Spot cleaning works best when possible. If you need to wash it, just hand wash gently in cold water with a mild wool soap and lay flat to dry. These vests actually get better with age - the wool/linen softens beautifully while keeping its shape.
From my hands to yours - made with love in the mountains
